What we collect

Name, phone number, email, vehicle information, service location, and a description of the service you need. For OEM programming we may collect government-issued ID, vehicle registration or proof of ownership, and photos of documents required to comply with NASTF and anti-theft requirements.

How we use it

• Respond to service inquiries and provide quotes
• Verify ownership and authorization for vehicle security work
• Communicate about appointments and complete services
• Improve customer service

What we do not do

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. Documents are collected only when required, sensitive data is not stored longer than necessary, and we do not maintain public or unsecured customer databases.

Third-party systems

Vehicle manufacturer OEM portals, NASTF Secure Data Release Model systems, and payment processors such as Square or Squarespace Payments may be used only as needed to deliver service.
